Atlas Horizon Group is an independent value-added reseller of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) industrial supply, operating under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as they apply to open-market COTS procurement. Our sourcing policy is to buy through authorized distribution channels and manufacturers, and not from open broker listings. Where a requirement carries a country-of-origin, domestic-content or trade-agreement condition, we confirm in writing how it is met before award, and we say so plainly where no compliant option is available rather than quoting a part we cannot stand behind. Orders ship direct to the receiving point the purchase order names, including blind shipment where the order calls for it. Documentation accompanies each order as its terms require.
