Department of Defense Maintenance and Depot Operations

Installation maintenance shops, depot-level repair activities, and unit-level supply rooms consume catalogued industrial hardware, hand tools, fasteners, and abrasives continuously. These are maintenance buys driven by equipment availability rather than by a production plan, which means a shop that runs out of a fitting stops work. We hold those line items as standard, catalogued supply and quote them against a part number or a federal stock class, then ship to the activity that needs them. The value we add is availability at the moment of need, not engineering.

DLA and Open-Market Requirements

When a requirement is not carried in the national stock system, or the stock number is backordered, it moves to the open market for a responsive reseller. We quote against the national stock number or manufacturer part number, confirm the specification match, and route the shipment directly to the requiring activity. Contracting activities gain a supplier that can take on the order and commit to a delivery date, instead of a quote that stalls between award and shipment.

Prime Contractor Supply Chains

Prime contractors and their subcontractors onboard small resellers to close specific line items on an awarded contract, and to satisfy small-business subcontracting commitments along the way. Those teams need a supply partner with published classifications, the liquidity to buy immediately, and a delivery network that reaches the job site. We provide corporation and NAICS documentation up front so onboarding does not become the long pole, and we keep one point of contact from quote through delivery.

Federal Facilities and Civilian Agencies

Medical centers, administrative campuses, hangars, and training facilities buy facilities maintenance hardware, safety and rescue equipment, and occupational protective apparel on a recurring basis. Their requirements are steady and specification-driven, spanning pipe, tubing and hose, hardware and fasteners, and hazard mitigation gear. We supply those categories off the shelf against a maintenance or safety requirement, so an agency can replenish a consumable line without opening a custom acquisition each time.

Supplier Integrity & Procurement Compliance Statement

Atlas Horizon Group is an independent value-added reseller of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) industrial supply, operating under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as they apply to open-market COTS procurement. Our sourcing policy is to buy through authorized distribution channels and manufacturers, and not from open broker listings. Where a requirement carries a country-of-origin, domestic-content or trade-agreement condition, we confirm in writing how it is met before award, and we say so plainly where no compliant option is available rather than quoting a part we cannot stand behind. Orders ship direct to the receiving point the purchase order names, including blind shipment where the order calls for it. Documentation accompanies each order as its terms require.
